Default FDX and Busted Checkrides...

So I still have a long way to go before I get there, but I have always wanted to fly with FDX since pre 9/11. I have busted two checkrides however and I just need to know if my chances of flying purple tails are dead. Thanks for your help.

I wouldn't make a career of busting check rides but what they want to hear in the interview is the story behind it and what positive lessons you've learned from the experience. It's almost impossible to get the interview or explain away a DUI so always focus on avoiding that!

I've never busted a ride, and not only can I NOT get hired with FedEx, I'm currently furloughed from my airline.

The way the new testing procedures are the Wright Brothers, Chuck Yeager and myself would not get hired.

95% of the current crew force couldn't get hired!

And the only reason the other 5% would be able to get hired is because of the "golden tickets" a few in the right places hold.

Max, I heard that you have to re-interview.
