No just a group of guys who use OTP to get the trip and then when it's nice and quiet at CRS they call, drop the trip and immediately pick it back up using their regular make-up bank. The OTP hours go back into their bank and the process starts over again. Most people don't realize it can be done so the same group of guys just get the trips over and over and..... They have an endless pot of OTP hours because right or wrong I think the drop dead date on using the OTP gets reset everytime they do it. Nice huh?

I've had people show me a Charter webpage (sorry I don't remember where it is) that shows future Charters ... I'm not sure how/when they get from there to VIPS?

They also have bots that read the Company's lame CAPTCHA codes for a trip trade. They get an extra few seconds on every trip trade they do. Company should either put in real CAPTCHA or remove it entirely.

Can you explain that differently for the computer programing illiterate?

CAPTCHA - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In an attempt to not upset the pilot force, they made it simple to read. So simple any hacker can write code to answer the challenge.
So it has the exact opposite of the intended affect. Gives the hacker the advantage, while being a nuisance to the rule abider.
