the reason those defunct bid choices remain in the system is because we have pilots still holding those seats. On the standing bid, your current seat is always bid at 100%. Even if you are on disability, or some other type of leave. Look up the seats on the seniority list

Believe it or not, VIPS still accepts it as a choice I've got it at 10%.
