But 757/767 is same type and I would think you would not get bumped for training, or drafted. And nothing to trade with in open time. Sounds like we agree. Eventually would be pretty junior.

Who will bid the Jet?
Definitely The ones who were wearing the Cool Blue lanyards before the LOA was even announced. My guess is it will go senior in the left seat.
I seriously doubt they will have any secondaries, since no one currently holds it and therefore, no one can bid off to create a secondary.
If they need more after this bid, then they will have a subsequent bid with more vacancies.

My humble opinion:
It will be 100% staffed by Toolbox pilots who
a) Came over to the 777 from the Bus/727 with no significant international experience, and
b) Have spent the time since wondering what they did to their lives.....

EX: If 10 11CM are awarded 67CM, that creates 10 Secondary Vacancies in the 11CM seat. As always, it's up to The Company to decide if they're happy with 10 fewer 11CM, or if they want to fill them from some other seats.
So, the B-767 Vacancy Posting could generate Secondary Vacancies in all the other seats ... including 30CH.

There will be no secondary vacancies on the B-767, but every pilot who is awarded the B-767 will create a secondary vacancy in the seat from which they moved.
