UPS initial 747-400 routes
 

In another post someone was asking where the 747-400s will fly when they start arriving next June. Here is a screen grab from the UPS Dispatch that will help answer that question. The -400 will also likely fly short out-and-backs in the system (SDF-DFW, DFW-ONT, etc) initially to train loaders, mechanics, and crews...

I wonder how the upper deck will be "decked out" on the new birds.... should be a real sweet arrangement.

The pax conversion birds and the combis from EVA should be fairly comfy, but the freighter version will have the small upper deck, (just like the classics). Still haven't seen an official floor plan, but it should be OK even with the mini staterooms. YMMV
