This kind of reminds me of some words of wisdom that I was told many years ago:
"No matter how beautiful a woman is, there is always somebody tired of ........ them."
Think of Halle Berry, Elin Nordegren, etc. While most guys(and many women, I like to think) can only fantasize about being with them...Their spouses obviously aren't satisfied with what they have.
The rest of us have a hard time making sense of that.
Having said that...I'm certainly not comparing UPS to Elin, or Halle. I think Rosanne might be closer.

thats not the point of the thread creep that was started by non IPA pilots looking over the fence at the green grass....and telling the masses how green it is without having a fracking clue the situation because you are not there.... but because you shined your a sses now you feel obligated to justify your nonsense to save face....
Talk about your airline and your airlines problems (the point of the thread).... claiming to understand anyone elses without having experienced it yourself is bafoonery...yes i said bafoonery...
back to your finger pointing and baseless wots

Much love to the Veterans who served selfless
Hi Husker4life,
I had hoped that my description of the retired, decorated Gulf War Veteran, who was the Director of Operations for USAJet, would show my reverence for those who have selflessly served our country.
In my description on my SDF Crashpad roomie "Unsat", I was only trying to impart that he had never worked a civilian job in his life, not even a paper route and his life was pretty charmed comparatively. I know many military pilots that busted their a55 in the civilian world and starved themselves to pay their student loans BEFORE they joined the military. It would be like his only experience with a woman was Christy Brinkley and he wasn't happy with her. Sure Christy had a few wrinkles, but hey she was Christy Brinkley and Unsat left her for what he thought would be better. But because of his excellent military training and experience, he was able to bypass Rosanne Barr and not even know she existed. But Christy was "unsat", LOL. Even my other military veteran crashpad roomates used to laugh at him for being so out of touch and loved to stir him up.
By the same token, many civilian pilots I run into say "cargo sucks!"... When you ask them why they say that they will tell you about the harrowing experience they had flying a Bandirante, a Metroliner, a MU2, Baron, Twin Beech, and freezing out on the SDF, PHL, RFD, etc. ramp while waiting to be loaded etc. It's as if they wrote off all women because their only experience with a woman was Roseanne. Sorry ladies, I will work on an analogy comparing cargo airlines to men ..
If its not clear enough let me thank all those, including my buddy Unsat who I gave so much grief to, that have served our Country selflessly.
P.S.- For all my UPS buds that remember Unsat and have been asking, OF COURSE we shared our shrimp and lobster bisque crew meal with him on the jumpseat that day....

Its astounding, (and a bit pathetic) that any UPS pilot could think his job/career/airline ranks as worst as defined by this thread. It is insulting to those who can reasonably conclude they do work for a "less than ideal" freight operator, that UPS pilots (some at least) could hijack a thread and try to make a case as being the worst.
APC gives all of us the opportunity to speak out about the imperfections of our career, employer, or any other (self perceived) short coming that rankles us. Whining may be what we do best, but pick the right time and place to do it.
