Ord-anc?
Who does it? Specifically Does Atlas or UPS fly that leg. We used to but dropped it a couple of years ago.
I start the commute in August. Regards, Clutch |
Kalitta does ANC-ORD a few times a month.... but not the other way
|
Atlas does it-don't know the scheduled.
|
Checked Atlas' schedule for the rest of the month, no ANC-ORD. We do a lot of ANC-ORD (and ANC-CVG for a backup) but I can't recall going the other way.

Alaska: ORD-ANC; ORD-SEA-ANC. Daily. Year-round except for Jan - Feb, when they drop the direct flight.
United: ORD-ANC. Don't know the frequency (this is a seasonal route for them) FedEx: ORD-ANC. Sundays only, as I recall (you can confirm this on Jumpseat finder) |
I don't think FDX has ORD-ANC anymore. I think the closest is IND-ANC.
Alaska has a non-stop in the mornings. |
All I can say is that if you take Alaska and stop over in Seattle, let me know and Mr. vagabond and I will take you to dinner and take in some sights. Just ask another of your brethren how much fun HE had when he came to visit. Did things and saw things and ate food that he erstwhile had never experienced. :)

Is RFD an option? UPS flies RFD-ANC.
|
Commuting to ANC was always a challenge but it looks like it's getting way worse.
