Teamsters didn't do do squat for us at Atlas! And continue to do nothing as well.

I came from an ALPA carrier and have been rather happy with the Teamsters at Atlas thus far. Let me ask you, other than paying your dues, what did you do to earn a better contract. Did you volunteer to do union work? When negotiations stalled, how did you slow the operation down to help your negotiators gain negotiating leverage? What are you currently working on to get an industry leading contract in October 2016 when our current CBA becomes amendable? |
