I just did the Paris GT. Going to the former concord, the bus makes sense but going to the Bercy, you have to cab or train anyway from there. What I did to get the Bercy is I took the RER to Gare de Nord, then transferred to the M4, then at Chatelet transferred to M14. I exited at Cour Saint Emilion which is right there at the Bercy. Sounds like a lot of trouble but actually easy enough as long as you don't have huge bags. The total cost was 9.5 euros paid with the new company credit card with pin at the kiosk. Total time about 50 minutes.
My company credit card doesn't have a pin...when did we get new ones with a pin?

You might want try again. As I recall, it was all automated. Maybe you didn't go the right direction when prompted. If all else fails, get a humanoid to answer.

I didn't realize everyone does not have a new card with the gold square on the front, "chip and pin". I have had this card for at least two years I think.

When I first received my chip'n'pin card, I did the setup for the PIN as instructed. But the first time I tried to use it in the CDG RER kiosk it rejected my PIN . I tried it 3 times because I knew I had the right PIN. . . funny thing is that it rejected me 3 times and then processed the sale anyway after the 3rd rejection . . . so what's the point of the PIN ?
Anyway, called the number on the back of the card and did the reset thing (it's option 4) and the next time in Paris the PIN worked. The Capt I was with got rejected for no PIN, but the sale went thru again, after the 3rd rejection
