It's been 5-6 years but I remember expensing some airport wifi in Frankfurt without a problem. Never tried it on an aircraft. What would it hurt to try? Worst case it gets denied.
I think you could make a pretty strong argument if you needed it to bid, work on LMS, etc. and it was a long int'l DH. A few hours on an aircraft domestically might not pass but who knows. Maybe it was a same duty period domestic DH and the bid was about to close.

You must present a receipt, even if under $25 receipt requiement
There is also a daily limit to wifi. I think it is $25 as well

If you are talking about wifi on a dh flight, I had an RFO about 6 months ago that submitted it and it was rejected. Receipt and all. I personally haven't tried.

That's what I was talking about - inflight Internet.
Thanks for letting me know about the rejections on the expenses.
It's about an 8 hour deadhead and I thought if covered, I would make use of the Internet. I'm too cheap to pay for it myself.
