Default Junior UPS capt. sits on MD-11 (2001 new hire)

Don't know if this will stay with the displacement bid closing in 2 weeks, but for now the most junior UPS captain is a March '01 new hire. Finally our upgrade time is catching up to FDX!

I wonder what the junior MD-11 captain at FDX's date of hire is?

I flew with a guy last week who made Capt on the MD-11 (FDX) in about 8 years. He didn't bid it at 100% though so I suppose he could have held it a little earlier.

Well, I can't even hold Anchorage, but I'm close, and I'm Aug 99.

that is the wrong way to look at it. UPS md-11 capt makes what every other capt at ups makes. since we break out wide body pay you need to look at our most junior 27 capt. I could have bid 27 capt a year ago and I am an Apr 01 hire.

And the bottom of the Airbus is Brutal. Some are desperate for that Left Seat.

No Way would I do that to myself. The Airplane blows as do the Schedules!
