FDX - vacation bank

If you are negative in your vacation bank and have another vacation period, what is the deadline to get the balance above zero to allow you to take the next vacation period? I cannot find it anywhere, just a reference that you have to have a positive balance.

Common sense would say that you must get it back to a positive balance prior to the close of the monthly bid that it entails, otherwise it does not exist.
