UPS Hiring in the New Year

It is never a bad idea to bring your own legal counsel into our beloved CP's office in SDF when "summoned" for a chat before the council of ACP's. Nothing against the IPA legal staff. They are very good at what they do. It all comes down to trust but verify. And yes. I was referring to the maintenance logs.

I am speaking of just straight pay, guarantee only.
According to APC, the most junior captain is on the MD88. He/She makes 194/hr. at an average of 75 hours pay it is 174,600.
You are on 8 year UPS pay and at guarantee only that is: approx 975 hours times 165 = 160,875.
Voting NO on the next contract unless the hazards (lithium) and the FQS go away.....

Even the 75 hour reserve lines that almost a 3rd of us fly?
There are plenty of 75hour or less flying lines as well......
An airbus capt friend of mine at UAL makes a lot more then me....granted he works a bit of overtime and their trips rigs have improved....
Face it the split second that UPS was the greatest place on earth is over...........
