It is never a bad idea to bring your own legal counsel into our beloved CP's office in SDF when "summoned" for a chat before the council of ACP's. Nothing against the IPA legal staff. They are very good at what they do. It all comes down to trust but verify. And yes. I was referring to the maintenance logs.

The most junior captain at Delta Vs. UPS 165 pay rate
How do you call a 16 year Delta Captain vs. an 8 year UPS F/O an "apples to apples" comparison?

We make more than legacy narrow body captains. Nobody at UPS only makes guarantee. Most lines are well into the 80-85 hour range.

According to APC, the most junior captain is on the MD88. He/She makes 194/hr. at an average of 75 hours pay it is 174,600.

You are on 8 year UPS pay and at guarantee only that is: approx 975 hours times 165 = 160,875.

Voting NO on the next contract unless the hazards (lithium) and the FQS go away.....
UPS year 6 pay is great... 0.

There are plenty of 75hour or less flying lines as well......

An airbus capt friend of mine at UAL makes a lot more then me....granted he works a bit of overtime and their trips rigs have improved....

Face it the split second that UPS was the greatest place on earth is over...........
Would you at least admit that a UPS line that is less than 75 hours credit pays a 75 hour guarantee vs the 65 hour line guarantee at Delta. Time 13 bid periods equals an 81 hour 12 month guarantee. Just sayin..

My point was that if the line is 60, we get paid 75. Not hard to understand

65*12= 780 line holder guarantee. 143,520. We can spin this Any way you want. If a UPS line is 60 hours or 30 hours we get 75 so who cares that the line is built to 60.. Peace out

Head to emirates. They fly 92 hours a month and are growing like crazy, it's heaven over there in the desert.
