More restrictions if you're swapping for one in open time. They won't let you swap for a shorter carryover trip, and they won't let you swap for a trip greater than 12 hours into the next bid month. You can only swap a carryover trip for another carryover trip (unless it's with another pilot).

You've got the greatest app on the planet now! How can you possibly improve it? Figure out the "double secret probation" scenarios to secondary line requests where they end in "positive" experiences for the "app user" oh, what... I was dreaming....

Great addition....but personally I don't like it. I'm always surprised and a little embarrassed at what people try to SWP. Sans holiday etc, just drop the dang thing and grab another whenever you can...that's the beauty of FXCal. I'm glad we have the option to turn that feature off.
I'm extremely grateful this program is available. Can't say this enough. It has been a game changer for my family and I.
