Also in Paris, and PFC not allowing to go past initial login, not loading. Every other website is working fine.

Some people have had this problem. I think that clearing your cache/temporary internet files might help?

I've had problems on the company iPad getting to the p.f.c webpage I wanted too. I try the Microsoft fix (reboot) on the apple iPad and that seems to solve whatever problems I'm having.
