Polar/Atlas CVG
I'm looking for information regarding jumpseating out of CVG on Polar/Atlas. I used the web based form to request the jumpseat but I'm waiting on a confirmation.
1. How long does it normally take to get the confirmation?
2. If the jumpseats are full will I get a reply or just not receive a confirmation?
3. Once I get a confirmation where and how early do I show up in CVG?

This is the approximate location. The maps haven't been updated. I think it says pilot parking. I would show up 1.5 hours before departure. Park anywhere you find a spot DHL is used to pilots leaving cars long term.

I've used Polar before from CVG-HKG.. I got to the DHL Jumpseat check-in about 2 hours prior to departure. Went through security, and then was driven out to the aircraft. Waited for the crew on the upper deck, met the crew, had some good food and 18 hours later I was in HKG.
Very easy.
