LCC Cargos

What are competitive times for airlines such as Southern Air and is int flying experience necessary? What is a realistic upgrade time period and the age of the pilot group. I haven't found any interview gauges so if anybody would like to comment on that. Just a curious pilot.

Aren't you the guy that wanted to know what a "scumbag $70,000 a year 747 Captain" looks like? Southern would be a good place to find out, but I wouldn't want to be the one asking that question there.
