I had read somewhere that there was a minimum score of 7.5 out of 8.0 or something like that to be active.

I was able to check all the boxes, I have >1000 PIC Turbine, several thousand hours widebody international and a Masters degree with an internal rec. Not that those quals have helped me get an interview at brown.
DAMNED useful Irish. Much appreciated. That at least takes the mystery out of what's going on.

Still not sure what wire I'm tripping. I'm almost in the same boat your describe... meeting the flight mins with a Masters. There must be some other component the HR wizards are using to gonkulate why I'm a ****bag.

Again, thanks.

Glad to help. To be honest I have no idea why mine is active. I met with them at OBAP and there seemed to be zero interest. I guess we shall see.

Welcome to ups. The trucking company with an airline where the check aiman has less experience than the checkie. The company with a shrinking 2500 union pilots and growing soul selling scabbing overnight wanna be captains.

Took the assessment this past week, it appears I "passed" - anyone else get the assessment? Any word?

Seems to be a big mystery. I've passed two different Hogan evals, one last summer and one this past June, and it's been crickets ever since. Others that took it this June have gotten phone interviews recently.

You took the Hogan twice for UPS?? Crickets? That's promising. So much for the high hopes I've been riding for a few days...

I did. And nothing from either Hogan. Even with an internal rec from a solid dude on the line, not a peep. Like I said, my experience has been confusing. Maybe someday I will figure out how to crack the code.
