Timing is always the bottom line. In the sandbox now, just checking options. Thanks for the info

Projected growth? Who's projections? Perhaps projected attrition is more accurate?

If I was a betting man, I'd place my wager on growth.

in the near term at least .... probably a net gain of 2 747s this year... and my the end of the year.. probably a net gain of 2 767s as well.

The last classic will likely be parked in April and even with that draw down of three aircraft ...they were really only staffed for 2 anyway... and we staff heavier on the -400....

Hiring has been outpacing attrition since way back into 2016. Attrition has slowed to a trickle at this point.

Looks like (to me anyway) that the company is getting proactive in handling the rush of new-hires. I see they have Denver and Miami(400) on the sim schedule. My guess is that this is trainings way of handling it.

Is there any plan or word on a plan to acquire a 767 sim or do they plan to continue contracting?

How many hours are guys logging per month? My buddy a recent hire is saying he's going to make $100,000 for 2017 and the numbers are saying that would require 83 hours a month, which seems high. Any thoughts?

Thanks

It really all depends on what your line guarantee is or if you are reserve. They are doing their best now at the direction of the CP to keep people on their awarded lines and so far it's pretty much working. On reserve it's just that. Can be feast or famine but 64 hours none the less. I just did a RSV line and ended the month on 98 pay hours for 16 days!

Do you guys have any information on the new interview process? I've heard there is an aptitude test, just wanted to see what the best way to prepare for it is.
