Do you like schedules? Or adventure? My attitude is that they have me for 16 days, doesn't matter where I am going. I prefer layovers in Europe, and Asia as the norm.
You have to ask yourself what it is that you want.
As far as pay, you already know the answer to that.
Commuting, absolutely K4, I don't commute, I travel as a paying customer, I check my bag, K4 pays for it.
Health care. K4 is hard to beat, is it industry leading? I think it is.
I hate commuting so much, I was tempted to leave the industry. For this reason, the majors are not appealing to me,
No crash pads either

I have been in multiple crash pads. Hot bunks are a thing of the past as far as I can tell. I never shared a bed with anyone.

What do you want to know... it was ratified 20 Dec 16.

Pay rates are here on APC 55-58% pay increase on that date.
16 day work schedule
Business class or better on international flights of 3+ hours
Lots of scheduling changes.. some good.. some okay... some neutral
Hours of service changes wont be effect till this DEC
Per Diem Increase. Strong Scope section. Training section overhaul.
Def a step forward for this pilot group.

we retained getting paid on our commute to and from work
we retained full day Per Diem for each day
monthly guarantee slight increase 62 to 64 hours.
