Unless one of our pilots has personally flown with you then, sorry no. I have sent a couple of resumes in for consideration and that is what I was told. One of the pilots was called a few months later and the other has never been called.

Wait....what happened to bobble head? He was so much fun to get travel home that was not compliant and email him back stating as much. I could almost hear his head explode in the emails.

Hey... when you interview with Kalitta. Which eye do you look at?

You are 100% correct. Isn't that just the ultimate swift kick right to the nut sac! They're messing with our hotel points as well! It's a constant battle with these people. We've been getting shafted on our hotel points for awhile now, the no breakfast thing is just one of their latest and greatest attempts to screw with us. Moving forward I do have faith that through our leadership and different committees we'll be able to put a stop to this nonsense.

Hotel points? Breakfast? Airline points? Is there something written in a secret part of the contract that entitles our pilots to these benefits? You just recently posted that you and others make huge money. Now you are going to complain because the company is booking cheaper rates that do not include breakfast? Sounds very millennial to me.

If you are going to complain, complain about something that needs addressed. How about that goat rope that is called Turkish?

What’s the definition of status quo? Is suddenly taking away the free breakfast a status quo violation? It’s about expectations, having something suddenly taken away is going to **** anyone off, no matter how much you make. I just noticed that IHG in CVG stopped giving points. Going to request the HYATT for now on.

Status quo would not be applicable. These things are not negotiated items in the contract.

I really hope maxjet is just covertly trying to get people to study the CBA. So far he has supported management pilots and making line pilot conditions worse just because they can. (No breakfast or points). I'm all for playing devils advocate, but seriously?

The contract says that they will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide a laundry list of things. That means providing them in good faith if possible. Not disregard this section because it doesn't say mandatory.
