So I am Paying $50 a year and cant get accepted fares 1 day prior to bid close? Looking for relief here.......:confused:

I think both bidding software products are worth more than they charge but sometimes there are issues as with anything.

Under File>Preferences>Misc, do you have the box for "Use PiLOTS for Fare Data" checked or unchecked?

Worked for me when I selected Fox Fares on the User Settings page in Setup

As someone else mentioned, select Fox Fares and it'll work. I'll get the PiLOTS fares working again soon. Hard to keep up with the moving target sometimes.

Click on BidXPro > Preferences > Misc > (UNCHECK) Use PiLOTS for Fare Data

Worked for me. PT

Any ideas why I cannot download published fares w BidxPro with "Pilots" checked or unchecked, results still get "network error"..........Help please

Also wont submit a monthly bid. Get same "network error" message

I think its VIPS ..not BidX....keep trying...
