Yes....in fact, said specimen was deposited today. It took them about 2 weeks to finally get the package to me from Louisville.

They will mail a package to you with all the paperwork (and cup too!), along with telling you where to deposit your bodily fluids. UPS uses a company called LabCorp to conduct the test (there was actually one in my hometown). If there isn't a LabCorp where you live, they will send you to some contracted medical office to conduct the test.

Now I'm just waiting for a classdate.
