The 600+ pilots who picketed in Memphis looked good out there --- especially, the 250+ who marched out of the AOC at noon!

I've seen Jim McCluskey quoted several times saying that "the average FedEx pilot makes $234,000/year."
I wonder how much he makes? How much does the average FedEx Flight Operations Manager make? Inquiring minds want to know? :confused: :confused: |

Although it wasn't your conversation, instead of complaining here about that guys' stupidity, perhaps you might have actually said something to him about it, then and there. In front of others, if any were around. Maybe that would have helped him to see the light.
One of the biggest problems I've seen with the Memphis based crew force is their almost unanimous goal to be as totally non-confrontational as possible. It goes back to 1990, when I was hired and prevailed in 2007 when I left on LTD. Apparently it has not improved. Not quite the same in Anchorage or CGN, or I would hope LAX. Just sayin'. |
The pathetic thing about this is. You can't really say anything to these leeches. You can't call or do anything that would appear to be 'confronting' them. Because that would be confrontational, which in turn gives these sub human POS the excuse to feel threatened.
Then they go directly to management instead of ProStandards and you get fired. And these type of people know this, may not know thier limitations and phase ones, but they know how to take advantage of the system. Shamelessly. That's why the Capt was just shaking his head and that idiot FO continues to build his strike fund....I'll bet he is one of the befuddled in the cockpit too.....to be publicly announcing that he is a dirtbag... Unbelievable |
