hour and a half into OT and 11/18 DPs have been picked up by 75 CAs. I guess we really don't want a contract.

Very disappointing

It's a mix of senior & junior Capts

With at least one known DP recidivist

Capts need to be talking to Capts

Communicate & Educate!

But when you're talking captains, it doesn't matter if they are jr or sr in the seat. They are senior on the master seniority list. They know better.

The double dipper offender has now become a triple offender,
three disputed pairings, it's a $?!&bag's Hat trick.

Without meaning to be disrespectful to anybody who is trying to correct this type of behavior, what can we do as contemporaries in addition to the toothless "inform and educate" rhetoric? It's obviously not working, is there any way the union can step up without getting in trouble? these are the same kind of people that would call you out for harassment if you Contacted them regarding their actions.
I guess if all else fails we could take them to the NMB
