Default Ameriflight & Helo Time

For any current Ameriflight pilots on the forum:

Does Ameriflight count helicopter time toward their hiring minimums? I'm currently sitting on 1800 hours TT both RW and FW. My RW time is all military turbine time with a little over 400 hrs PIC turbine. I also hold CFI SE, COMM SE, ME, INSTR. Reading the Part 135 Reg that they reference, I meet the minimums. I've heard good things about the company from people that used to fly there. Looking at putting in an application. Anyone out there flying the line have any input? Thanks in advance.

You'll probably find more luck in the 135 forum, as that's where the AMF guys are. But I don't think you'll have any problem getting on. I went in to AMF with roughly 1400 hours of airship time.

I would think if you meet the minimums for fixed wing IFR 135 and you are a military pilot, a Regional would pick you up under the Restricted ATP rule?
