I think LAG's right, the 2006 contract was about taking care of Union Officers BC & DW. BC used to brag about fixing HIS retirement (he fixed his and not the rest of ours!) ... It's not supposed to work that way. I'm hoping we'll do better this time.

BTW ... did you notice the FDX earnings report last week? I wonder who they think is going to feel bad for them?

Yes --- note: "Express" revenues up
7% because of domestic growth

The company is not doing extremely well just because of "Ground"...and international flying

What do you think will happen to future earnings with the recent huge drop in oil prices?

The profits are there guys---let's get the contract we've earned!

You're right, the law does protect you...for now. Laws change.

Completely different topic, but I'm too lazy to start a new thread....did anyone get a letter from Computershare, saying they'd changed your pin for FedEx stock purchases? I didn't think I'd ever purchased anything, but maybe I did many years ago. Trying to figure out if this is a scam or not. It looks legit.

Foxhunter speak for yourself. I'm a retired guy and I still get medical benefits from Fedex. Than will continue until I'm forced to go on Medicare.

You can buy your medical insurance from FedEx until you turn age 65.

Valid. Same listed in my messages on their website.

Beginning 12/1/14, ESPP participants may no longer use Date of Birth or Postal Code as verifiers to change a PIN on the IVR. Plan participants must now use Employee ID or Computershare Account Number to change a PIN via the IVR.

Thanks. I didn't realize I had anything in there, but maybe I put in $50 twenty years ago, and now it's worth 100K. Ha! More like they just sent the letter to everybody.
