FDX - Baggage

Do we pay for baggage fees on a Deviation out of the bank?

There is a 'Baggage" category for Scheduled operations but not one for Deviation, only "Airline." I know the company pays on a Scheduled and thought that went for Deviations as well.

Even if you deviate, you can claim this as scheduled and it does not come from your bank. I asked this from an auditor and got this answer, and have done it a few times since.
