FedEx DH question

When checking in for a commercial DH, they try to offer you a chance to upgrade from a very uncomfortable seat with no legroom to another uncomfortable seat with an inch or two of extra legroom for another $35 or so. It's still a coach seat, so what the policy on us getting the better seat? If we have the bank to cover it, can we purchase it? How do we put it in the expense report?

I have used bank $$ to cover.
Verbiage comes up as seat adjustment, or similar words in the previous expense report software

I always just put a note in the comments section before submitting the final expense report stating it was an upgrade to economy plus or whatever the airline calls it. Never have had a problem expensing it.

But you will need to submit the receipt.

Flew from IAD to MEM for $72 including a $15 upgrade on frontier in an A321. Like an RJ but it holds more crying babies.

How can we do this, but not do Business Select on WN? I am going to need to hire a lawyer, a secretary, and a travel agent to get through my December expense report. It's worse than tax code.

$72--Excellent. Instead of layovers, there will be deadheads to/from every duty period. We've established that reliability is of no concern. After all, you don't build your church for Easter. In fact, Easter is an opportunity to pi$$ the congregation off so that they won't come to church all year. Problem solved. Unreal.

I thought Business Select was always authorized on WN. It's not really an upgrade and the price difference isn't that much different than a standard, fully-refundable ticket. SWA IS NOT very cheap anymore. Check out this thread: http://www.airlinepilotforums.com/ca...vel-audit.html

I thought the deal with the Business Select was that they originally authorized it, and then awhile ago they retracted it. Pretty sure, I remember thinking, dang you guys are cheap!
