Well along into the month and the FO's have shown great wisdom with regard to safe pairing construction.
Too bad that we have a system that requires our most junior reserve pilots to take a beat down by flying every onerous pairing in order to get them fixed.
I'd suggest buying those guys a beer, but they never have a pairing with a rest that would allow it.

With 1 week left in the month, a superb job by 99.8% of the Capts an FOs to focus on safety and support the SIG
Admittedly, Not 'perfect', but you can't get any closer mathematically.
Now next month is different --- 100% Focus & Support -- it appears some folks are moving on
