It will crash on 5.1.2.

To get the beta program which works, you must have iOS 8 installed. Then email KB from in app and ask for beta invite. This invite will allow you to install the app test flight and you will have access to the beta versions of FXCal.

Open time crashes app on me as well as the calendar.. Too lazy to get the beta. Was hoping for a fix release.

Thanks for info. I don't want ios8, and I don't want a beta.

There comes a time when even the most ardent user capitulates and gives up on Windows 95 and Dial-up

FxCal will be there when you do

MS-DOS 3.2 and Win 95 ... it's been downhill ever since.

I must admit I don't like iOS 8. I almost dislike the typing corrections even more than the old iOS 7 style. Android has it down. Why is Apple's implementation so poor?

Well I am in the same situation. I have an iPhone 4S and everything I've read thus far says that this device should not upgrade to IOS 8 until they fix a few more things cause it slows the device down quite a bit. I am also waiting for a real fix...not a beta fix. I don't mind being a Beta tester, but I don't want to get IOS 8, just to Beta test.

Though I love FXCal, I would think that a refund or an extension of the open time subscription would be appropriate, because of the lack of functionality covering two bid periods now.

Anyone have input on BidxMobile?

Guys don't give up on programs that easily pay for themselves in the first trip trade...the company is to blame for changing...FXCal and BidX are small time buds who are doing us a huge favor. I'll gladly spend an hour updating software to save many more hours home with my family through the great trading opportunities these programs create for us. My last trade was a maintenance cancel I subbed on that netted me 25 hours of pay at home with my family and $900 in bank for clicking a few buttons. Had I complained and not uploaded the newest version that wouldn't of happened as I would have lost out on the trade to somebody who did the upgrade...just saying.

Real fix and beta fix... same thing.
Apple cannot test all the functionality as they have no login to FedEx.
FxCal has been fully functional for trading since the first day of the PFC change.
Those loading the beta lost were not down very long.
Hopefully the standard release makes it through the Apple queue tomorrow.

Thanks Appdude

VSTOLG4 The devices we have don't run well on IOS 8. IOS 8 is required to Beta test the fix. So we have to wait till the fix goes thru the normal Apple approval process. We (the folks who don't want to run IOS8) aren't afraid of spending time updating apps and are well aware of the advantages of FXCal....it just doesn't run good on these iPhones.

I had one of the first smart phones.....it was a Pocket PC made by Hitachi....that thing was expensive, but paid for itself the first time I picked up a trip out of open time in the limo. At that time 2003 or 2004 hard to remember, the Capt and S/O were amazed not only by the size of my phone (bIG, compared to the flip phones of the time), but that I could surf the internet on it with a full screen. Funny thing is these days iPhone 6 and the Samsung Galaxy are about the same size. I Like the iPhone 4s because it fits in my pocket easily. The only reason I bought it when it first came out was specifically to use FXCal. I spoke to Appdude for about an hour on the phone and he explained then why he only would make an IOS app years ago. It made real good sense and I switched from one of the first Android phones and got rid of my Windows machines. I'm true Apple convert now.

Of course not.

Advertising on APC costs money. ;)
