FedEx Ipad

I uploaded music to my Ipad but cant find either a music icon or Ipod Icon to play any of it. Can we play music on the company Ipad or am I missing something? I can't do the spotlight search either.

I have the music icon and can play music. Not sure what happened to yours.

Thanks, I think I may have deleted the icon. I can't figure out how to get it back.
