If you ever have the opportunity, ask him about his father's participation in the CAL 1983 strike...
Looking at the Master scab list, it does show a Paul C., CAL 83. Born in 1925. One would guess that that is PCs father.
It also shows a John F. Cassel, CAL 83, born in 52. Any relation?

Quick Google search for Jumpseat Protection List will get you where you need to go. Every Captain should have a copy.

I've always viewed many pilots at FedEx(non-members,DP flyers and **** runs down my leg at every management threat) as Scab wanna-bees. They just haven't had a chance to show their true colors and make it official.
On another scab note, Does "sins of your father" apply to scabs?
