this would be no problem at all.....

All those guys that could fly to age 68 would retire well in advance of that age. They wouldn't stick around until the mandatory retirement age....they would probably all just retire at age 60 like before.

My doctor said it will not be considered serious if I can still recall flying with MaydayMark!:D:rolleyes:

Why call it retirement? Just work till you die in your seat.

Some would like the choice. I just read that two pilots retired from Seaboard World Airlines turned 100 last year.

And some would like the choice to eventually be able to upgrade, not having guys sitting in the same widebody seats until they drop dead. Holding the best trips, with carryover, forever.:eek:

FoxHunter had HIS career as a widebody Captain ... now he wants YOUR career also!*? What's wrong with that?

Considering I've been flying for pay for the past 26 yrs and I'm currently 50 yrs old, I can't imagine flying for another 17 yrs. These old farts need to get a hobby & go away, I say age 60 is plenty!!
