FDX - BS accepted Fares
#41
Just got my line for May, a SIBA with DH to/from ICN. No tickets issued yet, but the LAX-ICN-LAX ticket, in 1st class on Asianas site is $10870. The accepted fare for the RT from MEM is only 4076!! Cant wait to see what the issued ticket price is.
Now, if the issued ticket price is more than the accepted fare, does that constitute my new bank, or am I stuck with only $4076 in bank money? I dont do this often, so I am looking for an opinion.

You can't judge from the Asiana website. Fedex's contract rates are quite different. From LAX, SFO, or SEA that 1st class ticket is usually around $1800. Unless you have bank from elsewhere, you'll have to go as scheduled. And Asiana won't accept your UA ff# on the Fedex fares, but if you go on UA's website later they'll usually give you credit.
Thanks for the info.
