Ifl 727

New ad for 727 Capts/FO/FE. Loredo base but IFL not its sister company, former sister?

Says excellent pay and bennies. Can anyone tell exactly what that means today?

Read great things about IFL but still think it may be on call 24/7.

Just curious where all these 135/121/129 cargo ops are going to find crews. They are all looking now but then so is everyone else!

As soon as it's 40 on 20 off with paid round trip tickets to wherever sign me up. Until then... Don't care.

If it's Laredo then it's most likely on call auto parts flying.

Considering they laid off their entire BRO staff I'd be Leary of a lrd base. 20 min call out and fairly low fo pay. This is also one of those companies that still only do soft days off. If you live down that way if guess northern cargo , everts, or Ameristar are better bets.

What the hell is a soft day off

A day off that's not hard.

I think it means, it's a day off but you better answer your phone if they call you.

How can it be a day off if you are on call and have to answer your phone? That makes no cents.

Soft day off: you where on call but didn't fly.

But you were always close, left it on the floor next to the shower when you bathed, put it on the night stand when you and your lady, um well I think you get the point. Doesn't this on call stuff sound great?

Currently hiring for our base in LRD (Laredo, TX). The schedule would be 20 days on and 10 days off. First year Captain salary is around $75,000. We fly on-demand freight for the auto industry.

Yikes! The ad on the Orange site is misleading with "Good Pay"!
