From APC:

9 days hard and 3 days soft off per 28 day bid period.... Companies still giving people like 8 days off a month? I thought that ended with Mesa

What's the current situation with these folks? They seem to be on a hiring spree on LinkedIn!

AmeriJet is currently going through a major change. It will be moving away from the Caribbean/Central America market and going into the ACMI model, with contracts with USPS and DOD. It just got approval for ETOPS and will start flying to Brussels in August, also will have a mini base in Honolulu flying to Guam and California.
As far as schedules go they will be changing with the new type of flying but we have 12 days off per every 28 days
Payment is what you see on the airline profile but we are now negotiating a new contract for 2021, we expect increases
AmeriJet management is a major improvement over the old management, it’s not perfect but improving (still has some leftover from the old regime), as far as the crews, mostly are great people with the occasional grumpy daddy.

Thank you for answering ...
Do you think that Amerijet will grow ? More airplanes?
I'm really interested in applying...
Unfortunetly, I can't apply , but I'll in a few months...
I have some experience with cargo flight (A330F) and I really enjoyed that ....

The plan is to grow, currently Amerijet has 7 767’s and they are flying every day, once they open Honolulu they will place 3 aircraft there, plus Brussels, they will need more aircraft to do the current flying, that means more pilots, faster upgrades. I would like to believe this is the right place to be now
