Just wanted to put a little something out for those who are looking into MAC:

I did just complete the interview process and was offer the position that I applied for. C208 Floater Pilot. (CLT)
I have known about MAC since I was a child, mainly because I am local to the Carolina's.

I will say that everyone was prompt with communications and very hospitable. Good ole southern hospitality at its best. The process went as followed:

1. Phone Interview with Theresa (HR Generalist)
2. Skype interview with Theresa and Chief Pilot
3. Face to Face at MACs HDQ and C208 Maintenance Facility. (There was a Desktop Sim evaluation.)

They will send you the profiles and which approach you are going to fly. No Emergencies and No surprises.

My interaction with MAC was very positive! If you are looking to time build or looking for a retirement job, this is a good place for either. They are big on communication and they seem to make QOL their number one priority.
Big Thanks to baselegbob1 for giving me a little insight on the current company culture.

A little about my background:

TT-8300
Jet PIC- 4800
Multi- 7450
Jet- 6715

Good Luck!

I haven't made any decisions yet.
...and before you ask. I have never been asked to resign from anywhere, I have no failures, and/or incidents.

I spend 11 years at a regional and then took a Corporate Job flying all over the world. One things that Corporate Job did do was give me a lot of time at home with my daughter. So at this point, I am looking for more QOL then money.
With that said, I do have my stuff out at some of the majors and other corporate flying gigs in my area. I have been actively interviewing.

Better to have more options than less.

Remember to do what is best for you and your family. Don't let the industry dictate what your next move should be... it may cost you more.

Best of Luck to all. Feel free to PM if you have questions about the interview process.
