I recently saw someones travel home.

NBO-JNB-ATL-an east coast city. All in coach, all in one shot.

Ticket price is all that matters.

Welp. I think I've just been cured of any desire to go there. Shivers down my spine. It this common??

Long Days yes but that is about the worst I have ever seen. That is not normal and I would have fought to change that.

I know schedules are 16 - 20 days and 90hrs per month on the MD11 but does anyone know the average trip length and hours per month on the 747?

I spoke with a captain who said the 747 does not fly as much. I know its unscheduled ops which vary greatly with the season, just trying to get an idea.

Try the links on the left side of the screen.

The route map will look real familiar to any Southern Air guys who flew the Classic. Mostly Africa, with a little South America and ICN.

And the schedule is on Blue frakking One! (shudder) I can't believe they use that POS software. Actually I can. What I can't believe is there are computers still capable of running it!

Is Timmea in charge of crew scheduling?
