Default Any info on Aero partners LLC

I saw that Aero Partners LLC was advertising for MD-11F FOs and Capts and wondered what kind of outfit this is and if anyone has any experience with them. Thanks in advance.

Thanks. I have a few friends that worked for Southern Air. They had nothing good to say.

AeroPartners is a crew staffing company. Western Global is their first and only customer. Western Global is run by the same people as AeroPartners(The Neffs). You can do the math.

Oh and BTW, the Neffs own the planes and are leasing them to themselves?

This is also true.

Working for a AeroPartners, under contract to Western Global, flying airplanes owned by Neff Leasing... Cliff notes: working for Neff, under contract to Neff, to fly Neffs airplanes.

Yea, I was given a copy of the contract for the WGA flying and it says "Pilots will agree to 24 months of MD-11 Pilot services to the company." AeroPartners has a general pilot contract, then there's an Appendix for the WGA flying.

I was recently hired and my first question was about the 24 months.... the president of Aero Partners response was basically that it was a typo. I think originally it was something the Neff's wanted but with Florida being a right to work state it was not enforcable and they had it removed.

It appears that one can wheel and deal with this crewing agency. If I offer to pay for my type rating up front as well as my accommodations and no per diem, and not get paid until IOE is complete, what are the chances that I can be a guaranteed a Captain spot once I hit ATP mins? I am sure I can get it in writing and that is what counts.

Wide body heavy international time baby! I can pick up even more girls from night clubs when I can tell them that I'm an MD-11 Skipper, as it is one bad arse bird!

Good luck to all!
