There were 150 FOs when I started at the ONT base in early '07. How many are there now? 96, correct me if I'm wrong...and that's including new hires from the 2015 classes that just consolidated, or aren't even qualified yet.

If they grew ONT from the 96 FOs by 50%, that would add 48 new FOs to the base, for a grand total of 144 FOs. Still a few shy of the number that was there when I was a new hire in '07. Growth? I don't think so.

Lima and santo Cruz are being looked at, more gateways ...ups is on the same page with ipa and giving more responsibility to ipa and less managers.
