Having been furloughed three times in the last six years, I can sympathize. Especially since those to be considered for recall I've probably worked, drank beer and broke bread with over the last few years. Good peeps all.

They want to wait it out until all the furloughees drop of the list in Sep so they can do massive hiring of cheaper new guys. In the meantime they will use fear on the junior guys thinking they will be furloughed if the 14 are recalled.
