Thats not a big deal but what about for someone who's never flown the plane before? Why doesn't Atlas make applicants do this? Do they at least give you time to see how the sim handles before they throw the coals at you?

Also, does Southern throw you in a sim? What about WGA and their interview?
I did that sim eval back in 2011, they just want to see that you can fly raw data without falling out of the sky, they configure for you,and the takeoff and landing are not even graded, mins set at 300/1 JFK 22L, nice sim, great visuals, don't sweat it.

SA used to check your skills in real SIM in Miami, now it's Microsoft Sim on a desk top(MD-80) I think, in a few months it will be on i-pad.
