If the top 100 resume’s have applicants with four year degrees, guess they’ll only be interviewing people with four year degrees.
It’s a rolling target, controlled by the available market. They need to hire 350 more pilots.

Piedmont specifically states it's not required to flow. It's going away but it's still a great idea to get one for obvious reasons.

250 FO’s, another 100 upgrades? They can’t physically do that right now. Will require more sims, larger classes, more instructors, more IOE ca’s.

Well at least we have a new 400 sim & FTD coming (Ex Delta), 200 sim is going away. Still looking for a 767 sim.

I guess my resume is just not that impressive then. I sit here with a 4 year degree along with thousands of others and majors are claiming they will need to drop the requirement so they can keep hiring?

For me it was two to three months. Filled it out last summer and got a call from the Asst. Chief in Oct.

I know that applicants have to find their own way to Yspi. Will the company provide an airline ticket to training once one is hired?
