Default Few questions

Do you have KCM?
Are at least FANS-1?
CPDLC?
EFB's?
Aerodata or What W&B do you use for Performance?

Thanks...

Why? Because some pilots don’t have experience on aircraft with those capabilities? There was a time I didn’t know what they were. I’m guessing that’s funny to you too, which is fine. Just weird sense of humor.

FANS is Future Air Navigation System. FANS-1 avionics equipment is on Boeing and FANS-A avionics equipment is on Airbus.

CPDLC is Controller to Pilot DataLink Communications. Think text messaging for ATC to Pilots.

Google both for more.

Old jets = no magic. Yes MD 11s and -400s are old jets. HF radios, although old school, still work everywhere in the world.
