UPS seeking ground school instructors
 
UPS is now seeking ground school instructors for the MD11 and other aircraft in the fleet. Two new, separate applications:

MD11 application
All other fleets application
From the MD11 application:

"
The MD-11 Ground Training Instructor is responsible for the classroom instruction and fixed based simulator instruction of UPS MD-11 aircraft systems and procedures and the technical research of UPS aircraft opertional systems. Excellent writing skills for publication in aircraft operating manuals and training publications. Responsible for course development of initial, upgrade and annual recurrent programs.
Ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • Knowledge of Part 121/135 carrier and glass cockpit
  • Ability to communicate complex issues in a concise manner (verbally and written)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience with MD-11 aircraft
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience teaching in a classroom and/or flight simulator environment
  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint"

Yep, Dave S., our MD11 systems 'guru' is about to retire, and they're looking for his replacement.:)
