For the KA guys who are not on the KA FB page - here is some info
This is the timeline we are working with
Right now we are working through the sections of the proposed TA to get them into the final form that can be presented to the group for ratification this process will take about a week or so
Then the 3rd week of this month the NC will meet with our counsel and Exco members for any final issues
We will meet with the company during the last week of Oct to agree to the final document - then the TA will go out to the pilot group
We want this done by prior to the 31st
Webinars and road shows will start the 1st week of Nov and will continue throughout the month
Voting will start sometime in the 2nd week of Nov - The voting will end on Nov 30th
If ratified the new contract will go into effect December 1st, 2016
All that being said - this is just our proposed timeline, something may arise that requires shifting it somewhat - so this is not in stone - but it is our plan
