Plenty of guys leaving legacies and lots of furloughed in previous classes. World, Gemini, Cathay and other MD-11/747-400 operators are being well represented as well. FWIW.

There's been at least 1 Cathay Pacific guy in every class for at least 6 months!

I usually ship my Christmas stuff via UPS, that was my "in". Either of you guys going with me to MD 11 school ?

By the way have you checked your online UPS application recently? Under location mine says Anchorage!

Any idea of the class aircraft drop? How about the March classes?

Second Question: How is the quality of life in MIA? Is it reasonable to buy a house in the Keys and drive to work?

Don't sell it yet. You might be in the middle of class and get reassigned. :eek:

I was in MIA for a while. Lots to do but the area sucked as far as crime, traffic and other factors. If you speak spanish you will have an upperhand. Key's were OK. If you like laid back then you will love it. If you have the cash then Ocean Reef is the place to live. Google it. The drive from Key Largo to MIA sucked. During brush fire season be careful they like to close it down if there is a fire. If crime, corruption, and congestion are your thing the MIA to live is your place.

I'm just still hopin' that that is really you in the avatar!! Freightpuppy is a looker, but she moved out to ONT. We need more chicks!
