There are plenty of us here that have had to endure the current CBA with it's holes and pitfalls that the company have used time and time again to their advantage. The TA is not a UAL or Delta TA, never was going to be, ignorance if you believe it was going to be, but it (TA) is better than what we currently have.
Some of your current remarks also make me wonder if you have taken the time to sit down and read and understand the TA? There are quite a few improvements in QOL etc., and to imply that it's the old senior guy's keep you and younger pilots down is pretty much insulting.
So again after you vote no please look for your dream job ASAP.
Thank you.

So tired of listening to you b1tch and moan about the contract. My guess is you have less than a year at K4. If it all so bad as you make out then please feel free to move on and watch for the door hitting you @ss on the way out.

I find it curious when an individual that opposes the contract is told to look for their dream job. When a Delta pilot turned down their contract were those that voted against it told to look for their dream job? How about American, FedEx, UPS, Southwest or United, were these pilots told to look for their dream job?
I fail to understand why you and others use this analogy. Those that oppose this contract do so for valid reasons, and although I understand the appeal of the pay raise, the fundamental issues at Kalitta were not resolved.
So now that I have disagreed with you should I go look for my dream job too?
