That grenade was a dud. Try another. Or better yet, just go back to A net.
But, if contributing nothing but trouble to the conversation floats your boat, then just go away.

Here is an excerpt from an ALPA publication.
ASTAR Pilots Face Challenges Head On
In August 2003, while the DOT proceeding was pending, DHL acquired Airborne, Inc., a company engaged in the same type of package express business as DHL. As part of that transaction, Airborne’s airline subsidiary, ABX Air, Inc., was spun off to Airborne shareholders.
After the acquisition, DHL used ABX to continue to fly the freight of Airborne, now a DHL subsidiary. The ASTAR MEC asserted that this violated the scope clause in the collective bargaining agreement between ALPA and ASTAR and a side letter of agreement between ALPA and DHL. The agreement and the letter required, with certain exceptions, that ASTAR pilots fly all of the DHL air freight connected to the United States.

It may be well written, and was poignant and relevant at the time, but A LOT has changed since then. Mergers, retirements, hiring, business partnerships, profits, losses, court decisions, strikes, unity, and more mergers.
In other words, in response to your post: no trolling to see here. Move along.

Our court case was about protecting what flying we had, not to gain any more.
This is the last time I'm going to go back and forth with you on this or anything else. You are obviously trolling for whatever reason. You offer nothing to the current discussion. Therefore you are MemBrain under another name. Now where's the block button on this thing!?!?
Thanks JB for bringing me back from the edge.

No reason we shouldn't have better than Kalitta.
Furthermore, lots of places I can go and equal a topped out Captain pay here by second year. I rather stay but have options.
---> 3 things will happen <---
1) We get a industry standard contract!
2) We chain the gates and walk away. Management jobs are a little harder to find and those F'ers can burn in hell. After stringing us along for all this time it will for once be the day of the dog.
3) No doubt someone will go mental and the whole thing goes up on national news. I know guys that bet it all in this. I may seem disgruntled but I promise you I'm a management #### sucker compared to some.

In the middle of another post but someone said whoa!!!!!
L8frt, I've been out for 4-5wks and I had 4 cases of the stuff because it's auto ordered on Amazon.
Don't worry before heart failure sets in I'll send you that big throbbing 85w ROFLMAO

Anyone have an insight on if they are going to start hiring again? APC says they are but their website has no FO opportunities open. I've been back and forth with wether I should give ATI a shot or move to a regional. 2500 TT with 135 experience mainly.

Go to a regional with flow.
ATI has been fun but it's destroyed me with furloughs and low pay. Luckily I've had other things pay off in life.
